The heat is normally dry, I’m talking 0 humidity so as long as you are in the shade or a pool or whatever the temperature will drop 20 degrees
Not to mention it’s only that super hot 110-115 in midsummer and in the hottest parts of the day, The nights and mornings are still nice. + from September to -may the weather is between 40-90 only very rarely going below freezing in he middle of cold winter nights.
Also Arizona is a big place with lots of elevation differences in the high elevated forests it’s very cold and snowy in the low level river valleys (where the population mainlynis) it’s very hot but that’s where he water and agriculture is.
And then I haven’t even gotten into the summer monsoon which brings heaven evening rains to July and August breaking the heat, sometimes the temperature can drop 40-50 degrees during a downpour
