In German it's just Cis-Moll. Same if you want to just say single notes you don't have to say that it's sostenido or whatever, you just say the name of the note
So don't act like your system is any better because if you put two letters next to each other it suddenly is more of a syllable than a single letter can tell you, it is in ways even worse.
