do you have the option of going back in the future to finish your degree?
If not maybe find a low-level job somewhere where upward mobility is possible.
Don't feel like a failure, you're still very young and plenty of young adults have various ups and downs.

Relax OP, you just need to change one thing of your profile to succeed: depression
you have student experience, you can find a job with what you have now
with that money you can support your family and pay some of that debt, slowly but surely
and in the future you can go back on the your degree courses and retake your student life, you are still young
imho you just need to change your mindset by removing your "failure" label

What uni is that?
I'm studying at NSU (Russian uni), and when during a PE roll call the coach mentioned "1991" everyone was like "WHAT?".
That guy is not very good at math, but he keeps coming back for some reason, even though there are much easier universities in Russia, and even in that same city.
The oldest guy I've ever met was 28, and he was pursuing his second bachelor's, after receiving a master's in a different field.
