I'm terrified of cockroaches, water bugs, and anything else that looks like them. At some point it's going to interfere with my social interactions.
What do I do to end this phobia. I know they can't hurt me or anything but when I see one, even in public, I will go as far out of my way as I can to avoid it and will sometimes straight up avoid places if I know that cockroaches are common.
