Is it wroth it? I see it as at least a will power challenge. Not sure about the other claimed benefits.

I did it for a week and can say that by the seventh day I was feeling just a bit back to my old self.

Then I blew what must've been the biggest load of my life.

Definitely a must if you're looking for extra motivation to do anything.

However, I did the ultra nofap which is no nudity, no skimpy clothing, etc.

Definitely the way to go if you ask me.

To be honest, the whole relapsing thing isn't really a temptation like most people would have you believe.

After a certain amount of time endlessly masturbating, your sex drive has basically plummeted, therefore you don't really start to feel any urges for a while, or so I've heard.
