>>5823510I haven't eaten tacos ever since my trip to Puebla/Mexico City last December. Most of the time I eat salads and soups, but that's just because I like to stick to "healthy" food. Any large city has a fair amount of American/European-style restaurants. Certain parts of Mexico are kind of safe, but boring, and others (like the states of Michoacan, Guerrero down south, and Tamaulipas/Coahuila up north) are both boring and unsafe. The Bajío area (in Central Mexico, between San Luís Potosí, Querétaro, and Guadalajara) is relatively safe and tourist-friendly, although not every single town is flooded with tourists. I do suggest you to learn a few Spanish words and phrases if you plan on going to Mexico.
