>>5829899I have this too and that's why I was asking. basically you have mild prolapse after taking shit. the only real solution is to eat better. the good news is that this is not hemorrhoids. basically your dietary track doesn't have enough fiber and you take shits at slow intervals so you have more shit pushing its way out. if you eat more fiber things slide out better and quicker and it doesn't all come crashing down after x days. also your anus doesn't fall out when you shit. start eating some healthy fiber cereal in the morning and avoid fast food altogether, as well as soda. sounds bad at first but after years of this I barely have issues now. I'm looking into psyllium husk as well to get the remaining bad days out of my life completely.
