There's also the black sheep of Chicago pizza which is Chicago Oven Grinder Co.'s kind of thing. It's really weird to explain to someone who hasn't had one, but it's like a pseudo deep dish pizza (But with a doughier crust) that's cooked upside down in a bowl, and then turned over to be eaten like a deep dish.
They can fuck right off though if they think that they can charge $12 for the fucking things when a personal deep dish, a salad, and a drink at places like Malnatis for around the same or less.
