how much money would it cost to build my own island?


i know some rich sandnigs did it in the UAE but I cant find out how much it cost
should be a piece of piss though right?
just get a fucktonne of sand and dump it in a shallow area to make a land mass then maybe add some dirt or w/e

if you guys split the price with me Ill let you live on it as well
if we get a decent amount of people going in on this then it should be cheap
