Video games, movies etc. all start becoming less interesting on average because you have so much more experience with them. Playing the same Cawadoody Shootem for the 5th time gets really fucking dull even if it looks a tiny bit better with each iteration. Rather than life sucking, it's just you wanting new experiences. You have to valuing your own time more and actively reflecting on how you spend it.
