>>5911362I think its fine. If you dont fap for lets say 24 hrs then you relapsed, next time you'll get as far as 48 hrs before you relapse. Then so on. Its an addiction you have to slowly get rid of it. It wont go away in one sitting. Keep trying. Look at me its my 4th try.
