I felt like crap the entire time and my drive was nonexistent. I started waking up at 6pm and going to sleep in the morning.
3 weeks ago however something snapped inside me and I managed to start going to sleep early and waking up naturally at 5-6am. I also started going for a run around the block every morning and doing enough exercise to meet the recommended amount of physical activity for adults. My depression is barely a fragment of what it once was and I actually feel contented and more driven.
Hopefully this continues because I can't afford to turn out like those pathetic NEETs at /r9k/.
