Canker sore cunundrum

I have 2 cankersores, one on the inside of each bottom lip. It makes eating painful. Anyone know any home remedies I could try? Thank you in advance.

A canker sore is basically a deep open cut inside the wall of the mouth. I cant pop it.

I used to get those from time to time, but I switched to a toothpaste with less sodium fluoride and I stopped getting them
alternatively, stop biting the inside of your mouth, but from experience I can say that it can be a hard thing to do

It's the solution my doctor recommended. I think it makes it harder for the wound to heal properly, leading to the sores

if you dont have any baking soda, using a cap full of peroxide also works. also if you're a smoker/vaper, that irritates the sores and can cause new ones. i've just learned to deal with them mostly, I get them all the time now

Dunno, really. I would guess they're a little worse at keeping your teeth clean, but my teeth are still white and in good condition aside from the anglo dentiture. Ask your dentist or your doctor if you want a proper answer.
