>>5938655> falling for sterligov memeThe dude is half "traditional russian peasant"-larper/troll, and other half - an irl manifestation of a happy merchant, running so many schemes/scams during his life you cant count them all(inb4 "you are just hating glorious based russia because of your flag").
>>5938653> and they throw feminists in jail instead of giving them money and positions of influence and powerThrow them in jail only if they try to get their hand into politics, and not because people of power share /pol beliefs on the matter, or care so much about public morals or whatever; but because if anyone from "outside" of the usual mafian circle of powerful ones tries to get political on any basis, they get a same treatment or worse. Anywhere in postsoviet land. You know about them just because your media paraded them on every occasion.
Ususal everyday feminists exist and pretty much run freely, organising online communities, translating latest western trends, gathering conventions, and trampling mra meetings without consequences.
Ah, and women are generally quite priveleged in postsoviet countries(very large percent of them in administrative positions, earlier retirement, much higher life expectancy - up to 10-15 years, hugely priveleged in a divorce, abortions are not even a matter of discussion anywhere), so i dont get from where /pol meme about "traditional patriarchal russia/ussr" comes from.
