How does anyone find the motivation to do literally anything with their life?

I got a job and moved out of home once. It didn't make me any happier, I just had much less free time.
After a couple months I just quit and moved back home. My dad didn't give a shit since I do all the housework, cost barely anything to feed and she's lonely as fuck anyway.
Does the fact that I don't desire the same things as normalfags make me mentally broken somehow?
