Being in the bottom 50% least attractive/ skilled people is probably not nice for anyone. Secularism has left a void, the loser could turn to god and believe it is gods plan, his personal challenge for you, and he loves you. Now they wake up to the reality that they are losers that they are not loved by society. But instead of giving them a meaning full culture to move in, a culture in which they can find a place for themselves where they can find relative comfort, they are pushed through this extremely shallow culture which makes the resent society even more. If you want reduce the resentment, you give them meaningful alternatives to express them self's, but this goes against the interests of the social engineers of your society. In stead you rub in in their face, and call the fucking losers when they speak up. no wonder there is so much hate in your society.
