Fitness
Go running/Hiking. Lift weights and do pushups. Get /fit/. You won't last a day in the racewar if you are a fat and weak. Also, being a paragon of fitness tends to make you a more liked.

NoFap
You can do it. Cold turkey is the only way. Stop watching porn. Tape a pic of varg to your computer, and use an app to count days since last fap.

Life
Stop being a lazy NEET. Clean your room and get a job, or learn a useful skill. If you don't know what to do, practice typing/learn HTML/study for an industry examination. Sell unneeded crap online and, if you have a pressure washer or lawnmower lying around, give that a shot. Someone is hiring.

Society
Volunteer, both and local community events and local politics. If all that exists is the basic bitch republican party, work with them. If a far right candidate has a chance/is running, do some block-walking/phone banking. Volunteer at a local animal shelter or food bank.
