That's an interesting question.
First and foremost we must acknowledge the good parts of this medium:
>It's not dying but thriving in today's world, which means the medium has capital to take risks
>The amount and variety of people making anime is considerably big
>Inovation in mainstream and underground anime is plentiful
>Compared to western counterparts, let's say comics (Marvel and DC as well as Disney and Sony) there's no corporate Monopoly in Anime in a way noticable enough to say it's a danger to the media.
The bad parts would be:
>Extremely incestuous in a lot of character designs,plots,world creation,etc.
The only reason which I said anime had Inovation in the high and low ends of it's tail was because of the amount of anime which is being created, not because overall anime is innovative
>Do a Renaissance in the overall animation and aesthetic of the current anime paradigm
>Fuck Filler content; quality is better than quantity regarding episodes.
>Acknowledge that streaming will fuck every audiovisual medium it touches, slowly killing the artistic component involved in it
