I sliced up some steak and seared it in my wok since it cooks better than a pan in my experience. then I chopped up some onions and cooked that in the wok alone with some butter, good amount of cayenne pepper and salt. once those cooked I threw the steak back in. Then I took sharp cheddar cheese, pepper, some american cheese, milk and butter and made a cheese sauce out of that. Pretty happy with the result.
