Jordan Peterson is a modern guy that talks a lot about the subject, and although what he's saying is simple a lot of people don't really get it. Basically he thinks you should try and plan out your days the way you want them. Treat chores not like something you're just getting over with to do the things you like, but something equally as important, even if it's boring. That way you get to do the things you want to do everyday
