It's for generating superpowers using an out-of-print Marvel RPG's roll table as a base. I'll post if anyone's curious. Pic unrelated.

I can mentally knock four or five people unconscious at once, give thirty or forty people vivid hallucinations, erase people's negative memories of me and give them positive ones, and if anything goes wrong, send messages to my past self to warn them how I fucked up so they can change the timeline. The possible applications... Can you say federal hit list?
