i can't really give you any advice on that because because i have so much social anxiety can't even leave the house (although my familiy is forcing me to come with them to go hiking in the austrian alps for 6 days in august which is something i can do because the trails are so far away from any towns you almost never have to interact with people on there)
having a job is unimaginable to me

is that social anxiety? i didn't know it could get that bad
it would be better if you had a job where you don't have to interact with strangers as much if it stresses you out that bad
i have no problem being outside or with being around people so i can't really relate

it's not even social anxiety just any anxiety in general will set it off
i used to have no problem interacting with strangers at work as short a time as a month ago
i have no idea what's suddenly caused everything to become so stressful for me

have you tried meditation
i used to suffer from panic attacks and meditation helped me
it took a lot of practise but i haven't had any for several years now
