I won't tell you in detail about my service but it was about a lot of outdoors exercises in North and East of Finland.
It wasn't a career choice for me nor for anyone else in the unit. It was all about the conscription. When the conscription ends, you go back to school, or back to work, etc. The military isn't really any choice in Finland but just something you need to clear, ok? Almost all of the guys do it, finish it and then move on in their lives. That's it.
Later on, you will have a real ice breaker between guys previously unknown to each other.
