Women are pretty terrible, but gay men are also awful. I'm straight and practically celibate because I can't stand the company of others. Cohabitation with a spouse seems like a strategic advantage, especially since the cost of rent in most metropolitan areas these days assumes a dual income, but the whole process is so complicated that I would rather die destitute on the streets.
