>>6053039I don't think so. I don't normally have a problem with endurance. I wasn't out of breath or anything, and I was eating as much as I normally do. I didn't even raise any of the weights for that workout.
You know what I mean when I talk about the zone and feeling pumped and whatnot right? Like just that energy you feel when you start working out?
I guess haven't really experienced what I'm talking about as far as losing that mid-go anyway.
