It’s an instrument like any other. Probably easier to start because there’s not like a special thing you must do like you would with a reed or brass instrument, but like all instruments it takes practice and a lot of time to get really good. But you could probably start playing simple stuff within a few hours

Kek. Yes I know how to read notes. If you don’t know how to, start off knowing the different Cs and Gs and then the other notes in relation to them. Or memorizing the spaces. From there you’ll memorize them as you play

I know what you mean, but I think she meant the acoustic properties. Like, the piano vibrates as a whole, a guitar will vibrate (especially when you press the head up against another piece of wood lol), but what comes from a stack and guitar aren't quite the same.

Yes, those are nice.. Not really highlighting the harpsichord-violin setting though.

I like J.S. Bach's BWV 1014-1019.

And then Boccherini's Six Sonatas for Violin & Harpsichord, Op. 5 (G. 25-30). pic related, hmm. Dead frogs. Whaddaya know.

That's J.S. for you.

My take on him is that he simply wanted to hear more better music from others. In my mind he Genuinely wanted to inspire people around him, so that there would be more music he himself would be inspired about.

However, he himself happened to be somewhat overhelming in his contribution, therefore we had to wait for Mozart and such people to appear.
