I would think about what business I'd open up and pick whichever one is most reasonable and then find a way to make sure that I sustainably get more income from it. Then I'd buy a nice house (not too expensive though) and make it pretty. Of course, I'd also propose to my girlfriend finally, as we've basically just been waiting on money to get married.
