6'2" 255 pounds, pretty chunky but I used to be a lot worse. Been stagnant at ~250 for about a year. I have much more muscle these days though, to the point where I can visibly see some definition on my arms as opposed to the floppy tubes I've seen most of my life. I keep going from periods of hard dieting to losing self control and eating tons of bread, pizza, oreos, and other garbage.
