So far, there wasn't any attack in France, that was done by a refugee. They were actually done by 2nd-generation migrant. Children of parents who emigrated here in the 70's.
"Isis will send terrorism through refugees" is a meme. Isis is not retarded, so they won't. Refugees have no knowledge of France and they would just end up ridiculing themselves if they even manage to get through the expensive process of actually going to their target country. Refugees commit petty crimes, mugging, theft, and rape. They do not have the capacity to plan a large-scale terror attack, even if they wanted to.
Which is the 1st reason why Malta get an increased rate of petty crimes and not terror attacks. The 2nd reason is that you aren't part of the coalition against ISIS, and if you were you would never be relevant enough for ISIS to spend money on you at all. No one gives a shit about Malta.
