in the start, /bant/ was complete chaos. everybody was creating and posting new shit to try and claim the board from each other. this often meant that multiple contrasting forms of posts would dominate the board. however, /bant/'s overall traffic never really grew. this lead to the conflict never being resolved, hence no constant culture thoughout the board which experienced users could introduce to newer ones. the culture should develop on its own over time, but this board is too slow for anything interesting to regularly happen.

tl;dr this board is left unclear from it's beginning months and noone's really sure what or how to post, so random spam just clogs the catalog.

I do actually create OC, but I never post it on /bant/ because it will just be drown in spam. The board is too fast. Let's say I want too create something pertaining to a specific thread. There in no gaurentee the thread will be there when I'm done.
