Hey /bant/ I have medical questions

Every night for the past week or so I’ve woken up with nosebleeds. And every time my nose bleeds it’s always the right nostril and the right side of my head hurts. The only nosebleed I’ve had prior to 2 weeks or so ago was when it snowed and the air was dry when I was 10. I’m currently a spry young man at 17 years of age. What’s wrong with me fellas?
