>>6152855It's pretty much practice. Some kanjis are very dense to read but after you write them a few times they start to become as easy to recognize as English words. After all, your brain doesn't really detect all characters that are present on a text unless you're reading it very carefully; you are most likely going to catch the length of the word as well as first and last letters and guess it by the context. The same goes for reading Japanese or any other language.
