Accents in Non-English Languages

Hey guys I've got a weird question. In your country, in whatever native language you speak, what is the equivalent of a "redneck" accent? In America the rural South has a very distinctive twang to it that everyone knows and loves (and mocks constantly) but it also exists in Mexico, where the less developed southern rural regions just start sticking bizarre phonic sounds into their words.

My particular interest is Serbs, because there is this one Serbian guy at my work who hates a Serbian guy at the place next door because he is "from Subotika," which is apparently some place in the north, and when I asked why, he said it's because he's speaking the language wrong.

Anyway this is a subject that interests me, please answer at your leisure.
