Most of the city is nice but the bad parts are fucking awful. Not as bad as places I have lived in previously tho, but bad. The area I currently live in is the first place in about 14 years I feel attached to and don't hesitate calling home.

Pretty nice suburb. Plenty of places to go. Some crime, but not enough to worry about your personal safety. But cops are mediocre-tier who love to ignore the law one day then throw the entire policeforce at a misdemeanor crime in progress.
