Don’t drink your calories. If you need sugar in your drink, use ice cubed orange juice / apple juice with tap water (in a ratio of 1 to 5). Or cold herbal tea with not more than 1-2grams of sugar per 100ml (essentially put 3-4 sugar cubes in a liter or herbal tea and put in fridge).
I don’t understand why people love to drink liquid sugar.
