I stumbled upon 150mg of Atarax - not much.

The internet says the starting dose for an adult seeking anxiety relief is 50mg-100mg.

Anyone here smoke weed and take Atarax?
My doctors stopped giving out Benzos and Hypnotics like candy.

This is supposed to work but last time they gave me gabapentinin and that did nothing unless you took 1800mg-3200mg.

Why are doctors becoming increasingly useless?
