i never managed to make friends through my entire life, i'm in my mid 20's now

graduated from college recently and have started working. i still have no friends, and can only talk openly to my mom. she's getting old

Make work friends, play vidya and find people through gaming rooms, go around town and see what's going on. I met some cool dudes at local music festivals, back rooms at Hobby stores, hell just try striking up a conversation with someone and see how it goes.
If you fuck up talking with someone and don't make a friend, don't worry about it. Especially don't let it get you down and make you quit trying to have people in your life. It's said a lot but you really do miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
That being said I don't want you to make another thread like this ever again. It's time for action and posting a sad Apu won't solve anything.
Also another bit of added advice, don't look sad too often. People can detect that and will avoid it. Not saying to become a sociopath-ish persona of yourself, just don't be a sad sack.
