guys i have an idea for a movie about esports
>OPENS in seoul korea, early nineties
>two scrappy little kids from the wrong side of the tracks, they team up to play online games
>theyre kicking all the ass but mom and dad are rike YOU BRING SHAME TO FAMURRRRYYY
>one of them gets kicked out of home, they have to rough it but keep getting gud at video games, its their passion man
>over time the two boys get into a really hardcore clan and win a tournament against all the big pros
>cut to five years in the future
>both of them are older now
>living good, getting laid
>theres a big new game coming out, old one is paying the bills but not as popular as it used to be
>but one of the guys isnt as good as he was at the last game
>the other dude abandons him for a bigger clan, goes back to superstar status
>cue flashbacks to this dude sleeping on the other dudes couch
>single tear
>the weaker player has to retire and be a jobber
>but in the end he's happy with a family and a good insurance package
>the asshole winner guy is like going down the tubes and depressed
>kills self
