My boss bullies me at work, he's previously made spastic comments and gestures, but he only ever does this when I'm alone with him. When I get the work done he'll say sarcastic remarks like "There's a good girl" or slowly clap his hands, or just stare at me to make me feel uncomfortable.
In front of other staff he won't bully me, but often talk about sex. This doesn't bother me but he does just so it looks like someone having a bit of banter with employees, in case he thought I might complain or report him.
Last week he said to me "I bet you stay up all night worrying about me, don't you haha!?".
What can I do /bant/? Sometimes I really want to beat the shit out of him. He wouldn't stand a chance, he's nearly sixty and I'm in very good shape with a reasonable amount of muscle.
Should I report him? He's actually owner of a store, not manager.
