I'll bet he would be an awesome guy to hangout with. I should go say hi" and then you'll have a new friend who isn't autistic.
You see you have to have something to offer people to gain their friendship. That thing can be money, good times or just fun conversation. Your friends right now seem like they're excluding you which isn't fun. Make some new ones and don't be afraid to sperg a little in the beginning. As long as you're being yourself someone will want to be your friend that understands what it's like to be socially awkward.
