I know a sad story about the whitest blond blue-eyed dude (top notch /fit/ Finn) and the most noble beautiful Ethiopian black female there was. This is a true story.
They loved each other, for real. I myself backed up for them (the dude was my army buddy and still is), but despite of that clearly present love they felt there were things too much off.
Me and my buddies were baffled when they separated. We were even more baffled when we heard the explanation for it.

Despite of the clear love there was in their relationship (and I assure you it wasn't fake even remotely) they were Both nurturing Pure racism towards each other. It blew up after five years of living together.
