Hi /pol/
I need some dietary guidance here. I’ve recently started the “carnivore” diet (as touted by many on here) and begun regularly going to the gym. I’m only 2 weeks into this strict zero-carb, fat/protein only diet but I find myself thirsty thirsty all the time and no amount of water intake can ever seem to quench my thirst. Also, no matter how much I piss out (copious) almost as soon as I’ve drunk water again do I need to use the toilet.
I need to know: is this just my body adjusting and therefore a transitory experience? Or are there actually good reasons not to pursue this extreme diet?
Would sincerely appreciate thoughtful, fact-based responses.
