Anyways, I'll give some tips and feedback.
First, try not to go so harsh on the colours. Those are really vibrant, so I toned those down. She also looks kind of stiff, so I loosened her posture up a bit. Another thing to look out for is the head shape. Human heads aren't very circular, and the rounder the head (less realism) you also have to sacrifice realism on the face. However, the rounder face is a good option of you want something to appear cuter. Different shapes can cause something to feel a certain way. For example, if you were to use a sharper chin she would come off more aggressive. Hope my tips help!
