>>6354280I eat meat about 3 or 4 times a year since it's a pain in the ass to prepare, but I used to eat it a whole lot more. It might have been difficult at first, I don't really remember, but now I don't even miss it. Never had much of a unique flavor besides the sauces/spices on it, and those can go on anything.
One thing that does annoy me is fake meat substitutes. It's understandable that some people have trouble letting go, but it just seems stupid to try and mimic meat if the whole point of your diet is to replace it.
