To the right of sad hitler, there is a symbol of a football club, Ruch Chorzów stylized like a Nazi flag. To the left, there is a map of Poland with Silesian Voievodship highlited and arrows mimicking battle plans. Underneath said map it says "Away game's a holy thing!"
Artist decided to sign himself as NIKISZFANS, relating to a district of Nikiszowiec in Katowice, where this mural was created.
Also since nobody noticed, there's a spelling error in OP's pic.
