My last job was my dream job. With a big organisation, had a fantastic role that although was stressful I was up to the task. Loved the perks including the $$$'s as well.
However I had two female bosses. They had the exact same job and sat next to each other, and for some reason the company wouldn't restructure and get rid of one. They spent their whole day basically looking at kid photos and going out for coffee. It was painfully obvious they were milking it.
We finally got a new owner and was pretty terrible. An English faggot who started sending emails telling us to be to me more inclusive and that the company had to become more diverse. He asked us to tell him what made us special 'any poofs? any disabled? any Asians?
The one good thing he did was make these women fight for the one position. Unfortunately it started the biggest cat fight. And everyone in that room suffered. These women took it out on each, they took it out on us, they would literally scream at people.
Again we were a multi-million dollar company with a massive profile. If people out there knew what was going on they would've been shocked.
Anyway, all problems they were accused of they deflected back onto us. They looked pathetic and it was a car crash to watch. Only thing they were taking us down with them, making our entire department look bad.
Final straw was one of them asking me to meet her in an office. I had just put a client through to her on the phone, he wanted answers to a problem, it wasn't my job, made her do some work and man up to him. She failed miserably and took it out on me. She acted like a 2 yo to me.
I walked, left them in the lurch.
Decuded that day would never work for women (or faggots) again. Went into business for myself. Have never looked back.
