My last 3 jobs I was fired from for being a non-npc. They were all corporate jobs. I was self employed graphic designer and about 4 years ago the market got really competitive and I just wasn't making enough to pay the bills. So I started applying for jobs. It wasn't long before I got hired on.
I cranked out the work, it was good, I worked hard, I always showed up early, I took pride in my designs and customer satisfaction. But I hated meetings and kissing ass and playing the office politics game. It's not that I'm anti-social, but I'm at work to actually work. So I started to be viewed as an outcast and a weirdo.
In all 3 of my recent firings my bosses said the same thing "we just don't feel you're a good fit." wtf. I worked harder and better than anyone there. But they couldn't control me because I didn't dance to their tune. Fuck this. I don't know what to do now.
