You can only post ITT if you fit the following criteria;
1) Your country has a murder rate lower than America (4.9 per 100,000, slightly old stat from 2012 but it is the best I can do in 10 seconds of googling). Saying "but muh inner cities" "muh niggers" "I live in Vermont" is NOT a good enough excuse to post ITT
2) You are from a country with an average bepis size bigger than America's (5.17 inches but let's say 5.3 just to avoid inevitable screeching)
