desu the freest place on earth isn't a country, it's just land where no one lives.
You can do anything you want if there's no one watching over you.
I recommend russian siberia or some island near alaska
but this freedom and independence from everything means
1. getting your own food
2. no internet connection
3. no social contact
etc...
