All this talk about NPCs here has left me confused. How do i know that I'm not a NPC?
Its not like there's just this one type of them. Lets say that the majority of people are on the level of Deep Blue AI from chess, depending from the settings (easy, medium and hard) they can assert their programmed/learned thinking in a 1v1 situation.
But reality is often more complex than that, so there has to be NPCs with more advanced capabilities. For example the OpenAI. That is arguably the next step from Deep Blue, if thinking in a game POV (it can beat a 5v5 game of Dota2 against the best players in the world.) It shows extreme capability to learn from its mistakes and make the best possible decisions from past experiences.
I'm definitely not the Deep Blue type of AI, but how do i know that I'm not the OpenAI type either?
